cloudf.one rents real Android phones with real Singapore mobile IPs. by creating an account, starting a trial, or using any cloudf.one device or service, you agree to these terms. if you do not agree to them, do not use the service.

acceptable use and monitoring

To protect our network, SIM cards, and other customers, we monitor device activity for abuse and unlawful use. This monitoring includes the applications installed and used on your assigned device and the network destinations (domains) it connects to during your session. Activity that violates this policy, including cryptocurrency mining, fraud, spam, or unlawful content, may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund and, where required by law, disclosure to the relevant authorities. By using cloudf.one you consent to this monitoring.

prohibited uses

the following are never allowed on any cloudf.one device or connection:

• cryptocurrency mining of any kind.
• fraud, including account takeover, carding, and payment fraud.
• spam, including bulk or unsolicited messaging.
• SMS or OTP verification renting. this is illegal in Singapore and is never permitted.
• any other unlawful content or activity.

suspension and refunds

if you breach these terms, or we detect abuse on your device, we may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without refund. trial accounts that break the rules are terminated and blocked. paid time is forfeited when a subscription is terminated for a breach of this policy.

service provided "as is"

cloudf.one is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. we do not guarantee uptime, availability, or that any specific app, account, or destination will work. hardware, carriers, and third-party platforms can change or fail at any time, and we make no warranty against that.

changes to these terms

we may update these terms from time to time. the current version always lives on this page. if you keep using cloudf.one after we change them, you accept the updated terms.
